10. The Fearsome Five (Darkwing Duck): Why are they good villains? Because they consist of:

- An evil twin of the main hero

- An evil plant who can control plants

- An electricity fiend

- An evil toymaker

- And a guy who is made of, and can control water

09. Morbius (Spider-Man): Why is he a good villain? BECAUSE HE'S A F***ING VAMPIRE!!!

08. Felonia Funk (Rockin' With Judy Jetson): Why is she a good villain? Because she wants to destroy all music in the galaxy.

07. Casanova Frankenstein (Mystery Men): Why is he a good villain? Because he built a Death Ray that disfigures its victims before killing them!

06. Rasputin (Anastasia): Why is he a good villain? Because he's an evil wizard who would do anything to kill Anastasia...
