08. Agatha Trunchbull (Matilda): She's strong enough to throw kids out the window, locks kids in a room full off glass shards and rusty nails, and keeps the entire school in fear!

07. Rothbart (The Swan Princess): Another great underrated evil wizard. He has a pretty cool song too.

06. Taurus Bulba (Darkwing Duck): He's so evil, he could compete with Negaduck. Why, just why wasn't there an episode where Negaduck and Taurus fought each other?

05. Trent Boyett (South Park): His quest to kill Cartman, Kyle, Stan and Kenny makes him pretty f***ing evil, don't you think?
