There are characters I like, and characters that I hate. However, there are characters that I'm just neutral towards. In this meme, you can see, which characters are in the Purgatory of Neutrality:

10. Anakin Skywalker (Star Wars): I found him boring until he put on the Helmet and the Mask...

09. Princess Clara (Drawn Together): The fact that she's racist and anti-semite is stopping me from liking her, but I don't entirely hate her either.

08. G1 Blitzwing: I like his TFA version better.

07. Spike Witwicky (Transformers G1): I just don't find him interesting, but I admit: he's much better than Shia LaBeouf...

06. Sanjay and Craig: This is one of the few shows that left me with a "Meh" feeling. 

05. Princess Bubblegum (Adventure Time): I don't hate her, but I don't like it, when she's stubborn. (Which was the reason why she, Finn and Jake got into trouble with the Wizards)

04. The Transformers Animated incarnation of Optimus Prime: He's not a jerk, but he's not as cool as the G1 or TFP Optimus... (David Kaye is no Peter Cullen!)

03. Uncle Grandpa: Like with Sanjay and Craig, I'm neutral towards this show: I neither like it nor hate it.

02. Corey Riffin (Grojband): Meh.

01. Timmy Turner (Fairly OddParents): Some think he's just as bad a character as the rest of the cas of FoP, but he's somewhat better than the others. Think about it:
- His parents are irresponsible and complete Nimrods,
- His babysitter is a child of Satan,
- His teacher always fails him and his classmates no matter how hard they work
- Even one of his Godparents is a complete imbecile
The fact that he has to go through all of this crap on a daily basis, makes me feel a little bad for Timmy, but the fact that most of the time he wishes for stupid things is preventing me from liking him...
