Happy belated B-Day Candace

Candace had her birthday a few days ago, and this is my gift for her.

Phineas and Ferb arranged a party for Candace. They invited Meg, Wakko, Rigby, Mikey, Mordecai, Heloise and Kick. Even Chowder got an invitation, but Heloise knew that he'd ate the entire cake so she tied him up.
The cake was baked by Joey Badgeman of the Frogwood House.
